Location of Marketplace Exhibitor Booths
- Fair Park - Dallas, Texas
- Outdoors along the Court of Honor and Big Tex Circle (see map of Fair Park)
Exhibitor Booth Space Information
- Exhibitors will be assigned a 12’ x 12’ booth space in which to set up tent
- Tents will not be provided for festival; Exhibitors must provide their own tent
- Festival will take place on street surface therefore exhibitors are responsible for securing tents with sandbags or free hanging weights and bringing leveling devices for table displays
- Exhibitors need to be prepared for inclement weather with appropriate rain covers, tie-downs and weights
- Exhibitor’s display materials should be cohesive to an outdoor environment
- Exhibitor’s display materials must be flame retardant
- Subleasing of exhibitor’s booth space is not permitted
- CityArts Festival has the right to assign and/or re-assign booth space at CityArts Festival’s discretion
Hours of Operation
- Exhibitor agrees to maintain exhibitor booth for entire event : May 25, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.; May 26, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.; May 27, 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Any exhibitor closing booths prior to the end of the event will not be permitted to return next year
Application
- A complete application includes:
- Completed registration form – must be signed and dated
- Registration fee processed
- Photocopies of items to be sold
- Incomplete applications will not be accepted into CityArts Festival
Payment
- Personal checks and credit cards will be accepted as payment for registration prior to April 20, 2012
- Only cash, money order or cashier’s check accepted as payment for registration after April 20, 2012
- Returned check or credit card must be replaced with cash, money order or cashier’s check for the total amount plus a $25.00 handling fee
- If not accepted into the event, entire registration fee will be returned
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds are given upon acceptance into CityArts Festival, regardless of weather or unforeseen circumstances
Sales
- Exhibitors retain all revenues from the sale of their merchandise
- Exhibitors are required to collect and pay the appropriate Texas State Sales Taxes on all items sold
Set-up
- Set-up information will be emailed to exhibitors approx 2 – 3 weeks prior to event
- In the event exhibitor has not set up and fully displayed their exhibitor booth by Friday, May 25, 2012 by 5 p.m., exhibitor forfeits all fees and the exhibitor space will be assigned to another exhibitor
Security
- General overnight security will be provided, but vendors are responsible for their booths including any money collected
Parking
- One 3-day event day parking pass per exhibitor booth will be given to exhibitor at the time of check in
- Extra parking passes can be purchased for $20 (cash only) at time of check in
Electricity
- Booth space will be equipped with a 110 outlet for general purpose power
